Ranya Grill Restaurant Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation or accepting service at Ranya Grill, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

 

1. General Provisions

 

1.1 Applicability These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of all services by Ranya Grill to any customer or patron (referred to as the “Patron” or “Customer”).

1.2 Amendments Ranya Grill reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version displayed at the time of service shall apply.

 

2. Customer Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

 

Ranya Grill is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and family-friendly dining environment for all.

2.1 Non-Discrimination Policy Ranya Grill operates a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of harassment and discrimination. Discrimination, abuse, or offensive conduct based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited. Any Patron engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

2.2 Right to Refuse Service Ranya Grill reserves the right to refuse, deny, or terminate service to any Patron who, in the reasonable judgment of management, displays behavior that is disruptive, abusive, threatening, or is unreasonably rude toward staff or other Patrons.

2.3 Dress Code Patrons are requested to adhere to an appropriate dress code that is suitable for a family-friendly establishment. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any Patron wearing overly exposing attire (e.g., swimsuits or intimate wear).

2.4 Compliance Patrons must comply with all reasonable requests from Ranya Grill staff, including those related to seating, noise levels, and general safety.

 

3. Reservations and Dining Time Limits

 

3.1 Confirmation Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from Ranya Grill.

3.2 Late Arrivals Ranya Grill reserves the right to hold a table for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reservation time. After this period, the reservation may be cancelled or assigned to other waiting guests. Patrons are encouraged to notify the restaurant of any delays.

3.3 Cancellation Policy We do not enforce a cancellation fee. However, we ask that you notify us of any cancellation or changes as soon as possible to allow us to offer the table to other guests.

3.4 Dining Time Limits To ensure all Patrons are served efficiently, tables are subject to a time limit calculated at 30 minutes per person. The following maximum times apply, though we reserve the right to offer flexibility outside of peak hours:

  • Groups of 4 or less: 2 hours

  • Groups of 5 to 6: 3 hours

  • Groups larger than 6: 3 hours, with potential flexibility up to 4 hours upon prior agreement or management discretion.

 

4. Premises and Product Policies

 

4.1 Food Product Ranya Grill exclusively serves Halal meat and chicken.

4.2 Alcohol Policy No alcohol is permitted on the premises. Patrons are prohibited from bringing their own alcoholic beverages onto the property.

4.3 Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. This includes all forms of tobacco, shisha, e-cigarettes, and vapes.

4.4 Minimum Spend There is no minimum spend requirement per person or per table.

 

5. Pricing, Payment, and Allergens

 

5.1 Pricing All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Service Charge An optional or mandatory service charge may be applied to the bill. This will be clearly stated on the menu or bill.

5.3 Food Allergies and Intolerances Patrons must inform Ranya Grill staff of any food allergies or intolerances before placing an order. While Ranya Grill takes all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any dish will be 100% free of allergens due to the nature of our kitchen operation.

 

6. Liability and Governing Law

 

6.1 Personal Property Ranya Grill accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft of any personal property or belongings brought onto the premises.

6.2 Safety Patrons must take reasonable care while on the premises and are responsible for the supervision of any children or minors in their party.

6.3 Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

6.4 Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
